I'm Kacee Markarian, a lifestyle consultant and behavioral coach, backed by a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology and a personal journey of overcoming binge eating disorder through mining for cutting edge knowledge along with creative experimentation to manifest transformation in mind and body. My approach blends neuroscience, psychology, and practical tools for real-life change.
